| 1963 Rambler Classic 770 4dr For the person interested in a classic car to restore, this may be the car you're looking for. 287 V8 engine, Automatic Transmission, Power Steering, 22,000 odometer reading (122,000 actual miles). This car has been in our family since it was purchased new by my grandmother. It's in working order with following exceptions: the windshield wiper dash control does not work but wiper can be activated in the engine compartment, and the heater valve does not work properly. An aftermarket air conditioning system was installed but is not functioning. Equipment is original except for the paint, and the radio (which Grandma had the dealer remove when she bought it because she wasn't going to use it!). Transmission was overhauled ~15 years ago and still works well. There are no cracks in the glass, and no rust. Front carpets have been removed. Upholstery is intact but tired. Title is clean (registration is presently non-op). It has not been involved in any accidents. It's an oldie, but for its age, it's in good shape (I will classify it as fair, since it has the issues that come with time). Located in CA.
