SOLD 1976 Pacer Base model, 258/AT, AM, PS, PB. My dad bought it in October 2007 with 48,000 miles from the family of the original owner. It has 50,479 miles now. Original condition. The only original document we have is the Owner’s Manual with maintenance records from 1994 when it had 43,000, plus some old Maine registrations. Car originated in FL and was in ME when he bought it. We have replaced: PS rack & pump, radiator, motor mounts, brakes (lines & master cylinder), driver door hinge pins, rear shocks, lower ball joints, headlight switch, voltage regulator, carburetor, tires, interior door panels. Fuel tank was cleaned. Currently it will fire but will not stay running - possibly fuel pump and / or fuel lines. Fuel gauge doesn't work, needs driver side floor pan, and there's rust around the rear license plate area. Otherwise the body & frame are good. He has not driven it for 2 years. Until this past winter it was stored in my garage, but is now outside. Body finish is original, patina on roof & hood. Interior is in good shape except for a tear on the driver's seat and back. Asking $4200. AMCRC Member. To return to the sales page click here. |
